This project consists of installation of Epoxy Resin Pavement Markings on Interstate Routes in the same locations as the existing epoxy resin pavement markings, except where indicated otherwise in the contract documents or by the Engineer in various Towns in District 2. The new pavement markings installed differ from the existing pavement markings, per the contract plans for the updated pavement markings. Haider’s staff assignments include inspection of all contractors’ work and ensure conformity with the ConnDOT’s plans and specification for the duration of the project. Some of this assignment also includes maintenance and protection of traffic during project activities.

This project provides for the replacement of two bridges and reconstruction of nine culvers located in Sullivan and Delaware Counties to address structural deficiencies and increase the useful life of these structures up to an additional 15 to 50 years. Work includes superstructure replacement of the Lowes Corner Bridge, full replacement of the Sugarloaf Bridges, and reconstruction of the following culverts: Barkaboom Culvert, Dry Brook Culvert, Fall Clove Culvert, Huckleberry Culvert, Coles Clove Culvert, Dryden Brook Culvert, Loomis Brook Culvert, Mill Brook Culvert and Mormon Hollow Culvert.

Haider Engineering, P.C. provided Construction Management Services for this project. The types of works include: The Reconstruction of two (2) bridges and nine (9) culvers project (DEL-150) is in various locations within the Pepacton, Connonsville and Rondout Watersheds which lie within the West of Hudson watershed.

Soil Testing and Inspection Services: Soil Compaction, Subgrade, Sample pick-up, Sieve Analysis, Four-point Proctor, Density Test.

Concrete Inspection Services: Concrete Plant Inspection, Concrete Field Inspection, and Cylinder Testing, Concrete Sample Pick-up and Delivery.

Structural Steel Inspection Services: Shop Inspection, local fabrication, Field Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, Magnetic Particle testing, Ultrasonic testing. Masonry Inspection Services: Masonry Inspection, Mortar Compression testing, Grout Compression.

Fireproofing Inspection Services: Field Inspection, Adhesion / Cohesion test, Density test.

Haider Engineering, P.C.’s task also includes the provision of all services necessary and required for the inspection, management, coordination and administration of the Project, from commencement through substantial completion, final acceptance, and project close-out.
